Bilingual Dutch Contact Center Agent
Location: OH-Dublin
Job Description: Adecco is assisting a top client in recruiting for Bilingual Dutch Contact Center Agent roles (Remote - Eastern Time). Responsibilities for Bilingual Dutch Contact Center Agents include but are not limited to:
- Delivering exceptional customer service in both Dutch and English via phone, email, or chat
- Handling a high volume of inbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Documenting customer interactions and ensuring accurate data entry
- Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases as necessary
- Following standardized processes and adhering to client-specific protocols
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve customer satisfaction
- Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, call center, or related experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer navigation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to work on Eastern Time (3:00 AM - 12:00 PM ET)

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
