What will you be doing as a Bilingual Client Success Associate?
As a Bilingual Client Success Associate, you will provide bilingual assistance to hospitality clients, ensuring they receive the guidance and support needed to effectively use the platform. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, delivering training sessions, assisting with translations, and helping improve overall client experience. Through regular interactions, you’ll build strong relationships, gather valuable feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance client success.
What will you do as a Bilingual Customer Success Associate?
As a Bilingual Customer Success Associate, you will provide bilingual support to hospitality customers, ensuring they receive the guidance and support they need to use the platform effectively. Your role will involve resolving issues, delivering training sessions, assisting with translations, and helping to improve the overall customer experience. Through regular interactions, you will build strong relationships, gather valuable feedback, and identify opportunities to improve customer success.
As a Bilingual Client Success Associate, you’ll be:
- Be the go-to support hero for hospitality clients, including but not limited to restaurant General Managers, franchisees, and owner-operators
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to clients in both English and French via email, video, and/or phone calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries related to Ameego products, ensuring clear explanations and solutions for any technical or functional challenges
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and resolutions to ensure all issues are tracked and resolved effectively on Zendesk & Hubspot/Salesforce
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, collecting feedback on system improvements and potential feature requests
- Check in with clients regularly to build relationships, identify new pain points, and suggest additional solutions or upgrades that fit their needs.
- Assist with client platform demonstrations and presentations to ensure clients get the most out of the platform
- Coordinate and host training sessions on the Ameego software in French and English to onboard and educate clients
- Assist in translating our knowledge base (our help and training section) documents from English to French to ensure a seamless experience for the French Canadian market
- Assist the development team to translate copy within the existing Ameego platform from English to French to ensure language accuracy across the Ameego platform
- Collaborate with marketing to develop engaging training videos in French that would appeal to the Canadian market
As a Bilingual Customer Success Associate:
- Be the support hero for hospitality clients including but not limited to restaurant general managers, franchisees and owner operators
- Provide prompt, accurate and professional support to customers in French and English via email, video and/or phone calls
- Resolve customer requests related to Ameego products, providing clear explanations and solutions for any technical or functional challenges
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions to ensure all issues are tracked and resolved efficiently across Zendesk & Hubspot/Salesforce
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, gathering feedback on system improvements and potential feature requests
- Follow up regularly with customers to build relationships, identify new issues and suggest solutions or upgrades tailored to their needs
- Attend platform demonstrations and presentations to ensure customers get the most out of the platform
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on Ameego software in French and English to onboard and educate customers
- Assist in translating our knowledge base (our help and training section) from English to French to ensure a seamless experience for the French-Canadian market
- Assist the development team in translating texts in the Ameego platform from English to French to ensure linguistic accuracy across the entire Ameego platform
- Collaborate with marketing to develop engaging French training videos that would appeal to the Canadian market

What are we looking for in a Bilingual Client Success Associate?
- Bilingual fluency in Canadian French and English (written and verbal) with strong grammar skills and a good understanding of the OQLF requirements in Quebec
- 1+ years of experience in client support or client management, preferably using ticketing systems like Zendesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tickets and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and collaborate with internal teams
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
- Experience handling escalations and customer complaints with professionalism and empathy while maintaining company policies
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with the ability to take ownership of complex client issues and drive solutions
Bonus points if you:
- A post-secondary degree in French language
- Restaurant industry experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus
Job Requirements:

- Have experience in the restaurant industry in a management or supervisory position is an asset
