The Associate HR Business Partner is the center of all aspects of the Talent Partnerships team. With responsibilities ranging from owning leave of absence requests, managing day-to-day projects and requests, and full cycle of onboarding + offboarding. Reporting to the Sr. HRBP, this is sure to be a fast-paced and exciting position.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Full Cycle Onboarding + Offboarding Expertise. You will ensure completion of full-cycle onboarding which includes new hire paperwork, pre-employment background checks, processing I9s and follow-up as needed. You will also assist with the offboarding process by submitting terminations, resignations, and/or job eliminations in the system.

Exceptional Customer Service Skills. You are passionate about providing a positive experience for new hires. You will schedule and conduct new hire check-in meetings during the first few months of hire to ensure a positive employee experience.

Solution Oriented. You can diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions. You think strategically and take the initiative to improve processes and project-specific elements while introducing new ideas to the team.

Project Management. You will assist the HR Business Partners with the coordination and implementation of projects. You have excellent time management skills and can prioritize and meet tight deadlines.

The annual range for this role varies between $60,000 - $65,000 annually and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience.
