As our Associate Finance Manager, Supply Chain (Industrial Finance) you'll be the spark that ignites financial excellence across our supply chain. Partnering with our Industrial Finance Sourcing Unit teams, you'll dive deep into supply chain finance, uncover game-changing opportunities, and deliver solutions that supercharge performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Drive Financial Mastery: Partner with the Cluster Associate Finance Director and Sourcing Unit Finance Teams to lead cost controlling and business partnering, ensuring financial goals are not just met but exceeded.
Be the SAP & BI Guru: Leverage your SAP expertise and advanced Power BI (DAX/Power Query) and Excel skills to build cutting-edge tools (reports, dashboards, and data visualizations) that redefine decision-making.
Lead High-Impact Projects: Support site Finance Managers on transformative business cases, annual planning, forecasting, and month-end close processes with precision and flair.
Champion Compliance & Innovation: Oversee fixed asset processes and ensure factory financial controls align with Unilever's global standards, while proactively flagging and resolving non-compliance issues.
Bridge Teams & Systems: Act as the vital link between site Finance Managers and the Supply Chain Finance Services (SCFS) team, ensuring seamless accounting and control processes.
Inspire and Mentor: As SME, Coach Industrial Finance teams, share your expertise, and foster a performance-driven culture that thrives on collaboration and innovation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA is a bonus!
- 4+ years of experience in finance, with a strong preference for Supply Chain Finance expertise in the Consumer Product Goods (CPG) industry.
- SAP Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP to drive supply chain finance solutions.
- BI & Excel Mastery: Advanced skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and Excel (VBA, Power Pivot, advanced formulas) to create stunning data visualizations and automate processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and a knack for solving complex problems.
- Proven ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and communicate insights to diverse audiences.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
