Responsibilities & Qualifications

As an Appointment Coordinator You Will:

Schedule premium audit appointments with policyholders on behalf of auditors by:

• Contacting policyholders to arrange audit time, method, and location

• Inputting appointment details and policyholder correspondence into company systems

• Drafting and sending audit and policy-related documents to policyholders and auditors prior to scheduled appointments

• Adhering to departmental procedures and meeting timeliness and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience

• At least two years of related work experience or any equivalent education, training, or experience

• Supports the company health and safety program;

• Demonstrates ability to get along and work well with others;

• Practices regular attendance and punctuality; and

• May work in excess of 40 hours per week as required.

The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role.
