The Opportunity:
Job Summary
Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a dynamic and analytical Product Analyst to support the development of AI Agents and low-code solutions within our healthcare technology ecosystem. This role blends product data analytics and low-code development to drive innovation in Revenue Cycle operations. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with revenue cycle operators, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to gather requirements, build solutions, and deliver insights that shape product strategy and improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for AI Agent development and low-code automation initiatives.
- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions using AI/ML models, low-code platforms and connectors.
- Participate in discovery activities, including user interviews and journey mapping, to define KPIs and success metrics.
- Design & develop and test use cases using tools like Copilot, Power Apps, and other low-code platforms.
- Conduct testing, user segmentation, and product utilization analysis to inform product decisions.
- Demo functionality to end users and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support UAT for new modules and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, product development, consulting or RPA.
- 3–5 years of professional experience applying AI/ML in a business setting (beyond academic exposure).
- Hands-on experience with low-code platforms and automation tools like Power Automate, UI path etc.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Experience in healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle operations is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with inferential statistics, predictive modeling, and hypothesis testing.
- Knowledge of EMR system integrations and healthcare data standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- This position pays between $92,400 - $138,600 depending on variables.
