JOB SCOPE & PURPOSE

The Analyst within Decision Sciences provides impactful and insightful analysis and business intelligence to Targetbase clients. He/she has a natural curiosity and a desire to discover the answers to key questions via data and research analysis.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivers impactful analyses of assigned projects with high quality, on time, and within estimated hours
  • Reviews data for insights, trends, and key observations
  • Develops working knowledge of Targetbase's key analytical competencies
  • Solves problems by thinking through approaches to the data or analysis
  • Participates as a collaborative team member, holding himself/herself and the team accountable for the work
  • Puts the client first, anticipating, understanding, and meeting/exceeding client expectations

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of applied analytics experience
  • Experience in some or all of the following areas of marketing analysis: segmentation, predictive analytics, digital analytics, measurement, business intelligence, and/or market research
  • Bachelor's Degree is required

KNOWLEDGE & ABILITY

  • Basic knowledge of analysis techniques
  • Proficient with SQL, R or Python
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication skills

Local candidates only, no relocation provided. We work a hybrid schedule - 3 days in our office and 2 days working from home. Candidates must local to the DFW area and willing to be onsite in the Irving office 3 days a week.
