The AI Supply Chain Program Manager will oversee the strategic implementation of AI initiatives across our supply chain functions. This role is crucial in driving innovation, efficiency and excellence throughout our supply chain processes.
 
This position is part of the Supply Chain AI team and will be a remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and portfolio management of AI initiatives across the supply chain, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and delivering business value.

  • Engage deeply with senior leadership and stakeholders to define clear program scope, objectives, and success metrics for all AI initiatives.

  • Provide oversight on the technical execution of AI projects, including system architecture, software development, and IT infrastructure considerations, ensuring technical feasibility and efficiency.

  • Foster strong collaboration and communication across business units, technical teams (developers, data scientists, IT), and external partners to drive successful implementations and seamless integration.

  • Manage program governance, timelines, resources, and budgets for the AI portfolio, actively identifying and mitigating both business and technical risks throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic opportunities for leveraging AI within supply chain processes based on potential impact and feasibility.

  • Monitor and report comprehensively on program performance, progress, challenges, and the realized business value of AI initiatives to stakeholders.

The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 7 plus years of program management experience including 3 years of leadership coaching, mentoring, and leading teams/cross-functional teams.

  • Extensive experience in program management, particularly in large-scale AI or technology-driven supply chain initiatives. Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies, with a track record of successful program delivery. Experience in budget management and resource allocation for large programs.

  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application within supply chain management.

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and driving change at all organizational levels.

  • Comfort in an agile, high speed and cross functional work environment with a high degree of ambiguity and ability to balance short term business constraints with long term AI vision and roadmap.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategic planning.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

  • Working experience or knowledge about adjacent business domains such as Commercial/Sales/Marketing, Manufacturing operations, Supply Chain management, etc

  • Familiarity with Danaher's business model and commercial activities.

  • Proficiency in applying DBS tools related to strategy, planning, alignment, decision making, and tracking is preferred

The salary range for this role is $145,000-$172,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. #LI-Remote
