This position is responsible for performing activities related to VMDM workflow requests. This role ensures timely execution and accuracy, as well as adherence to regulatory/compliance obligations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing and submitting VMDM set-ups and maintenance requests, which includes running validations for GIACT, TINCheck, D&B and comparing invoice information to VMDM field attributes, as well as reviewing tax details to W9 for 1099 reporting, looking for keying errors and completing Sega set-ups/updates

• Responsible for processing head-office/netting requests

• block/unblock requests

• Responsible for creatingResponsible for processing CSC case and monitoring of updates related to GIACT fails

• Responsible for handling errors from legacy systems, i.e. AIMS, Millennium, Walker AP and Walker AR

• Participates in VMO VMDM Pillar calls regarding returned requests

• Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values

Qualifcations:

• Strong and problem-solving skills

• Position requires knowledge of excel and Microsoft office as well as ability to navigate through various databases/systems

• Must be detail oriented

• Ability to prioritize and balance large workload to meet deadlines

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High School Diploma

• 1-3 years' experience
