BOLD is looking for an Administrative Project Manager to join our Product Team as the project manager and administrative support resource for our SVP of Product. In this role, you will have the chance to learn about product development by working side by side with our SVP of Product for our Customer Experience (CX) team to support their project needs and manage them from conception to execution. You will also support and manage the SVP’s administrative support needs. Job Description
ABOUT THIS TEAM
The CX team is responsible for delivering best-in-class products and customer experiences in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. The project manager collaborates closely with Product Management, Design, Ecomm, Analytics, Program Management, Research, and additional project stakeholders to create successful and effective user-centered design solutions.
This position will report to the Senior Vice President, Product and will work with the SVP and their leadership team on special projects, off-site meetings, presentations, and coordination, as well as manage some administrative tasks like calendaring, travel, and attending high-level meetings to capture and summarize results of the meetings.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- End-to-End Project Management: Work across the CX Team and with external groups to manage special projects from inception through execution to support the special projects of the SVP and their staff.
- Enterprise Level Planning: Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring deliverable feasibility of projects as needed across the business. Creating and maintaining project information for key stakeholders, senior leaders and the functional team.
- Outline Project Requirements: Meet with internal stakeholders to clarify specific requirements for each to successfully execute projects. Help develop the main activities within a program with a focus on achieving project objectives and overall goals.
- Monitor and Document: Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and operational process maps to monitor, track and document progress and to document needs should issues arise.
- Manage Issues and Risk: Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Manage Administrative Support tasks—Manage the administrative support tasks for the Product SVP that include calendaring, setting up agendas and accommodations for onsite and offsite meetings, managing the agendas and slide decks for Product “All Hands” meetings, taking meeting note summaries for the SVP, helping prep decks for meetings, developing distribution lists and keeping them current, and managing the SVP’s light travel schedule with flight bookings and expenses.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Producer or a similar role (ideally for UX-driven or technical product departments) and 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant with project management responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing and leading strong cross-departmental projects from start to finish with outstanding results, and proven communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Highly organized and excellent initiative and “can do” attitude.
- Project Management software experience e.g., JIRA, Google Sheets, Excel and proficiency with Google Suite).
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
- Trustworthy and able to keep the strictest confidentiality at all levels
- Ability to support the needs of some of the leaders on the SVP’s staff if needed.
WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE
- Knowledge of Product Marketing
- Working in a fast-paced tech company
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification.
- Developing and Tracking Budgets.
- Basic knowledge of JIRA, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.
Salary & Eligibility
Starting Pay Range
$75,000—95,000 USD
PAY TRANSPARENCY
Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays, all subject to applicable plan terms.
