Job Description:
Position is funded in part through federal funds.
Position is eligible for a hybrid remote teleworking schedule to include weekly onsite work hours.
Position is Exempt from the State Human Resources Act - G.S. 126
Recruitment Range: $75,000 - $84,000
Receive and review requests for public records, medical records, claims data, and subpoenas. Consult with business and legal as appropriate regarding the requests and facilitate gathering documents and responding to the requests. Document and track all requests and report out to leadership regarding requests and status of requests. Accept other ad hoc assignments from the chief legal office such as facilitating DHB legislative report responses.

- Paralegal certificate or experience

Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of experience in personnel, budgeting, research or administrative management; OR
