The Administrative Assistant II will be responsible for handling and maintaining the office and administrative duties for the Office Manager/Executive Assistant and Sales team in Burbank, CA. This role is a jack of all trades who supports multiple departments in the Company. It is the responsibility of the Administrative Assistant II to interface with vendors and suppliers, encourage staff engagement and morale, and provide excellent customer service to merchants and agents.

What you'll do:

  • Be the main point of contact for all office vendors and suppliers, negotiate pricing with vendors, and research new vendors as necessary.
  • Make company purchases such as office supplies, computer equipment, industry related membership dues, etc. and file and track receipts for every purchase.
  • Maintain general cleanliness and presentation of Burbank headquarters.
  • Plan, budget, and execute parties and events for the team; boost Company morale and encourage staff engagement.
  • Be proficient with the Company’s CRM system for customer information and report look up.
  • File, organize, maintain, and update various documents such as legal agreements, contracts, schedule A’s, etc. in Company’s eFiling system.

What we need from you:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in office/administrative work
