Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant for the Technology Products Group (TPG) organization at Micron Technology, Inc., you will provide high-level administrative support to enable effective organization and communication in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role supports VPs within the TPG organization and site operations, contributing meaningfully to the smooth operation of processes and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and travel arrangements for TPG Vice Presidents.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for TPG Vice Presidents.
- Coordinate and organize team meetings, site events, and conference room reservations.
- Facilitate catering and office moves.
- Prepare emails, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support.
- Excellent calendar management skills and experience arranging complex travel for domestic and international destinations.
- Proven ability to interact with team members at all levels of an organization to support multiple activities in parallel.
- Reliable attention to detail, flexibility, proactivity, resourcefulness, and efficiency, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong decision-making capability and organization skills.
- Ability to meet defined deadlines and work well without direct supervision.
- Notary Public preferred but not required.
