Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for an Administrative Assistant in Charlotte, NC. 	Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid position) 
- 
	Pay Rate: $20.77 per hour Weekly Paycheck 
-

Responsibilities:
- 
	Provide comprehensive administrative support to 2–3 senior Technology Executives 
- 
	Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements 
- 
	Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence 
- 
	Organize and support recurring meetings such as Town Halls, Skip-Level Meetings, and All Hands Sessions 
- 
	Assist with logistics for in-person and off-site meetings and events 
- 
	Compile weekly summaries of key events, decisions, and priorities 
- 
	Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism 
- 
	Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders 
- 
	Collaborate with Business Support Managers and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations 
- 
	Track and follow through on action items and deliverables across multiple business lines 
- 
	Support initiatives related to finance, HR, workforce management, and project coordination 
Requirements:
- 
	Proven experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment 
- 
	Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail 
- 
	Excellent verbal and written communication abilities 
- 
	Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
- 
	Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism 
- 
	Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality 
Pay Details: $20.77 per hour
