Must Haves:
- 2+ years of administrative, bookkeeping or accounting-adjacent experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, and other electronic record keeping systems
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online
- Familiarity with COBID, Medicaid, and other industry certifications preferred but not required

As Administrative Assistant, you’ll have to wear a lot of hats as you’ll collect and organize documents required for audits and financial reports, assist the HR department with workers’ compensation audits, and keep track of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines to ensure the completion of various projects.
Your organized and methodical nature will be your greatest asset, as you’ll be responsible for assisting in organizing staff events, tracking and preparing tax-related documents, and maintaining an organized system to track various deadlines for projects and events.
The team is looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and an ability to maintain confidential information. A technophile proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace and QuickBooks will stand out among applicants.
You’ll start this role on-site, and after an initial training period, you’ll have a flexible hybrid schedule.
