Administrative Assistant - NV5/Bock & Clark (Administrative Department)

Location: Canton, Ohio

Responsibilities

As an administrative assistant, you will:

  • Communicate and serve as the liaison between clients and managers
  • Answer the telephone and forward calls to appropriate party in a timely matter
  • Maintain and monitor voicemails
  • Request and retrieve necessary documentation for ongoing projects
  • Distribute mail and assist with mailing needs of remote employees/clients
  • Provide administrative support to managers (scan reports, email surveys, take inventory of materials, etc.)
  • Perform general office duties as assigned

Compensation: Base compensation of $35,000 with potential to earn up to $5,000 more in bonus annually (paid quarterly)

Qualifications

  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)
  • Solid organizational, multitasking and time-management skills
  • Comfortable with inbound/outbound phone calls
  • Previous administrative experience (preferred, not required)
  • Aptitude to understand policies/procedures/protocols relating to business and maintain confidentiality
  • Completion of high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check
