The Accounts Receivable Representative manages a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts with diligence and a customer-first mindset, ensuring timely payments through clear, consistent communication. They keep a close eye on outstanding balances, promptly shares billing documents, and follows up efficiently via third-party portals to maintain smooth financial operations. They also perform credit memo and refund processing, among other finance and accounting activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and overall financial health of accounts receivable operations.
What You'll do:
- Monitor past due accounts receivable balances within the assigned portfolio and follow up with customers to determine when payment can be expected.
- Upload invoices into customer portals on a timely basis, coordinating with O/E for confirmations and PO updates.
- Assist with the annual audit as directed.
- Release orders from credit hold based on credit hold policy.
- Accomplish work in an organized, timely manner producing necessary results in spite of unforeseen changes.

What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and critical thinking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of the collections process and experience with 3rd party portal billing.
- Proficiency with Oracle-based ERP systems; PeopleSoft experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, basic formulas, and pivot tables.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour.
