The Account Manager is a critical role focused on managing projects with precision and excellence. As the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams, the Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that all projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. Utilizing best-in-class project management and client relationship skills, they oversee the entire lifecycle of each project, from conception to completion.

Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for managing projects with best-in-class (BIC) project management skills, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Communicates project status clearly both internally and externally, and takes diligent notes, distributing them promptly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Serves as the primary day-to-day contact for core client relationships, acting as a liaison between the client, design, and production teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Efficiently and accurately estimates project scope, including managing and identifying out-of-scope expenses, to ensure accurate budgeting.
- Keeps an accurate project forecast throughout the year, helping to plan and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial goals.
- Collaborates closely with internal cross-functional teams to keep projects on track, leveraging internal processes to drive successful outcomes and ensure team alignment.
- Manages the photography process, including scheduling photoshoots, coordinating product samples, and collaborating with design to develop detailed photo briefs.
- Develops clear and strategic briefs for internal artists, effectively translating the client's vision and interpreting provided project assets to ensure successful creative execution.

Education Level: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience Requirements: 3-5+ years revelant experience Project management experience requiredClient relationship management experience requiredExperience working with a large team in a fast-paced environmentExperience in estimating project costs accurately and maintaining an ongoing project budget to achieve profitability and financial targetsExperience developing or presenting clear and thoughtful briefs and direction to internal teamsFamiliarity with packaging, branding, or design-related fields requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
