Job Description:

About the team

You'll join Zillow's Product Management organization, working at the intersection of SEO, product, and consumer experience to help millions of people discover and engage with StreetEasy. This team partners closely with engineering, design, analytics, and content to shape search and onboarding journeys that make it easier for customers to find the homes and information they need. Together, the team uses data, experimentation, and a deep understanding of search behavior to unlock organic growth and deliver meaningful customer impact.

About the role

The Senior SEO Product Manager, StreetEasy defines and executes SEO and GEO-focused product strategies that grow organic traffic and engagement across StreetEasy's consumer experiences. This role leads cross-functional teams to design, prioritize, and optimize features that improve acquisition, onboarding, and search journeys — including in AI-generated and generative search surfaces — using data and experimentation to drive measurable impact. You will get to

- Identify new and unique opportunities to increase Search Engine Results Page (SERP) visibility and traffic, including in AI-generated and generative search surfaces.

- Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to deliver SEO-enhancing features, ensuring seamless integration into web and app experiences.

- Analyze traffic, search behavior, and experimentation results to identify opportunities, prioritize SEO initiatives, and continuously optimize performance.

- Partner with marketing and content stakeholders to improve site architecture, page templates, and on-page elements in support of scalable organic acquisition.

- Develop and maintain clear success metrics, reporting, and narratives that communicate SEO product impact and trade-offs to senior partners.-

- Mentor product peers on SEO best practices and frameworks, sharing learnings and elevating product decision quality across teams.
