- Serve as the agency lead for AD-related initiatives, including account provisioning, antivirus, and intrusion protection coordination.
- Administer user accounts via CUPSS, including creation, modification, suspension, and troubleshooting of accounts and security groups.
- Establish and enforce standards for infrastructure server operations, including file share and print server environments.
- Manage file and print servers, including permissions, storage allocation, data migration, and configuration compliance.
- Oversee printer infrastructure, including print queues, drivers, firmware updates, and printer management systems.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, account, and printer-related issues across distributed environments.
- Act as liaison between internal teams, end users, and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Support disaster recovery and continuity of government (CoG) planning and execution.
- Maintain adherence to enterprise IT policies, service management processes, and security standards.
- Provide after-hours support as needed and respond to critical incidents.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge management, and process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications

- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across servers, user accounts, and networked devices.
- Understanding of IT security principles, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness and ability to pass background checks, including CJIS compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting law enforcement or government IT environments.
