Job Description:
Are you ready to shape digital experiences that matter?
At Animal Friends, our customers and their pets are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a highly skilled Website Manager to take ownership of our digital presence. If you thrive in a culture that values fun, hard work and striving for the absolute best, you’ll fit right in here.
This is your chance to make a real impact. You will lead the strategy, optimisation and day-to-day management of our website, delivering a high-performing, customer-focused journey that drives engagement and revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the Digital Strategy: Own the website roadmap to ensure our platform aligns with company goals and seamlessly serves both prospective and existing customers.
- Optimise the Journey: Lead landing page improvements, CTA enhancements and A/B testing to elevate UX and boost conversion rates.
- Own the Data: Administer our Google Analytics 4 property, manage the data layer, and translate user behaviour into actionable, revenue-driving insights.
- Maintain Excellence: Oversee information architecture, ensure compliance with insurance sector security standards, and support UAT testing for flawless new releases.
- Collaborate and Build: Partner with marketing, product, IT and customer service teams to seamlessly integrate systems and solve complex problems together.
What You Bring
- Experience: strong website or digital product management, with a proven track record of driving commercial outcomes in e-commerce or digitally-led environments.
- Technical Foundations: A solid understanding of web technologies and modern content management systems.
- Analytical Prowess: Deep expertise in GA4, event tagging and performance reporting.
- A CRO Mindset: Hands-on experience with UX optimisation, landing page strategy, and performance improvement.
- Clear Communication: The ability to explain technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders and foster strong team relationships.
Why Animal Friends?
We believe that delivering great work shouldn't come at the expense of your wellbeing. When you join us, you can expect:
- A Collaborative, Supportive Team: You won't be working in a silo, we succeed together.
- A Modern Way of Working: We equip you with the tools and flexibility you need to do your best work.
- Meaningful Projects: Build experiences that actively help protect the pets our customers love.
- A Focus on Work-Life Balance: We work hard, but we respect your time and know when to log off and recharge.
Ready to make an impact? Apply today and help us build a better digital experience for pet owners everywhere.
