We’re hiring a Systems Analyst to support a high-growth digital marketing organization focused on internal automation, integrations, and data-driven workflows. This role sits fully remote within a European time zone and will support both ongoing system operations and new implementation work across marketing, finance, and internal platforms.
You’ll join a team of 2 analysts and act as a technical, data-focused problem solver, working closely with engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and support system integrations across internal platforms (marketing, finance, automation tools)
• Evaluate how changes impact data flows between systems (System A → System B) and downstream processes
• Support automation initiatives, including AI-driven workflows for internal users
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and support ongoing maintenance
• Assist with new implementations and enhancements across integration platforms
• Work closely with integration engineers, developers, project managers, and system admins
• Translate business requirements into technical insights and system impacts
• Perform data analysis, write SQL queries, and support ad hoc reporting
• Create basic charts/visualizations to communicate findings (ex: Google Charts)

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
• 3–7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of system flows, integrations, and data movement
• Hands-on experience with:
○ SQL/data analysis (ability to write queries and analyze datasets)
○ Integration environments (APIs, middleware, or platform integrations)
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, especially around process and system optimization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical Environment
• Languages: Python (preferred), Java (plus)
• Integration Tools: Oracle Integration Cloud
• Platforms: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Systems: Marketo, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday
• Data/Reporting: SQL, Google Charts or similar tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice to Have
• Experience with Oracle EPDM or financial systems/integrations (accounting, reconciliation workflows)
• Exposure to AI/automation initiatives
• Background supporting marketing or sales systems
Ability to write basic scripts (Python/Java)
