We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce administration, with the ability to customize, develop, and
maintain Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. Experience with Apex and/or marketing automation are preferred.
Applicants must have the legal authorization to work in the United States. Employer-sponsored work authorization is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
- Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, including user management, security settings, and data management.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
- Ensure data integrity and implement data validation rules and processes.
Collaboration and Support:
- Able to understand requirements and translate those into working solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Salesforce effectively.
- Familiarity with documenting and diagramming technical solutions (i.e. ERD's, UML, DFD's)
- Monitor and manage Salesforce releases and updates to ensure smooth operation and compatibility with custom developments.

Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) with at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
- Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
Preferences
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with 2+ years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, permissions, record-level access, field-level access, roles, and hierarchies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Ability to write basic SQL and SOQL queries
- Familiarity with and a basic understanding of Apex, LWC, leveraging APIs is a plus
- Familiarity working with Salesforce integrated marketing solutions, preferably Pardot or Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Ability to communicate the status of projects and clarify requirements when needed.
