Why we’re looking for you

 

We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Talent Parter to spearhead scaling our design teams.

 

In this role, you’ll be a trusted talent partner to hiring managers - driving full-cycle recruiting efforts, crafting thoughtful hiring strategies, and relentlessly pursuing top-tier technical talent. This is a high-impact position where your ability to identify, engage, and close exceptional engineers will directly shape the future of our company.

 

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.

 

The impact you will have

 

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer with precision, velocity, and a strong focus on candidate pipeline building.

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to surface and engage top-tier candidates, especially for highly competitive engineering roles.

• Lead candidate outreach, pitch our mission and team with authenticity and clarity, and conduct interviews that identify both skill and potential.

• Partner closely with hiring managers, deeply understanding team goals and defining what “exceptional talent” looks like for every role.

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer with precision, velocity, and a strong focus on candidate experience.

• Build and maintain a rich pipeline of high-caliber talent to meet both current and future hiring needs.

• Serve as a champion of an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring clear, timely, and respectful communication throughout.

• Actively monitor metrics and analyze data trends week over week.

• The expectation is that this role will be 50% sourcing/ 50% full cycle

 

Minimum requirements

 

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience hiring product design and design talent in high-bar technology environments.

• Strong understanding of the design market, including the ability to assess portfolios, distinguish design disciplines, and calibrate candidate level and quality.

• Proven ability to turn ambiguous hiring needs into clear success profiles, targeted search strategies, and prioritized talent pools.

• Experience independently sourcing passive candidates through market mapping, referrals, portfolio platforms, and design communities.

• Strong candidate storytelling, relationship-building, offer management, and closing skills.

• Credibility to advise design leaders, challenge assumptions, and drive intake, interview design, panel preparation, and calibration.

• Data-driven and operationally rigorous, with a track record of improving pipeline quality, conversion, hiring velocity, and candidate experience.

• Able to independently deliver approximately 1 - 2 high-quality design hires per month without sacrificing the talent bar.

 

Compensation and benefits

 

• The estimated starting base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 for Senior level, depending on experience and location. The offer also includes a generous pre-IPO equity package.
