Digital consultants will work on a variety of projects.  Each project is designed to fuel your curiosity, build capability, drive meaningful impact, and prepare you for the next career level.  Consultants learn alongside experienced leaders and advisors to develop a strong understanding of business processes and build technical skills in general risk areas.  Consultants compile and analyze data, document findings, and communicate insights that contribute impactfully to client engagements.  Through interactions with clients and project team members, consultants develop professional relationships grounded in trust and deliver exceptional client service.  A successful consultant manages time and priorities effectively, takes ownership of assignments, and contributes impactfully to collective team results. 

With each project, you receive hands-on training in a supportive, high-performance environment and interact with leaders across our practice.  Talent Managers will assign specific project experiences that support career growth, your skills, and the needs of the business. A network of advisors will help you navigate challenges and celebrate milestones.  There are opportunities to join committees, participate in employee network groups, enjoy social, civic, and networking activities to strengthen connections and build meaningful relationships across our firm and in the community. 

Our Digital capability works closely with clients to help attract and retain customers, develop new products, services, and strategies, and solve critical business challenges.  Digital consultants will gain experience partnering with and advising clients on Customer and Digital Transformation Strategy, Innovation, Customer Experience, Customer Care, Creative and Design, Content, Sales and Marketing Acceleration, and Digital Experience Platforms.

Digital consultants are hired into one of the following areas:

• Customer Experience Strategy & Operations: Customer Experience Strategy & Operations teams help clients reimagine and connect customer-facing experiences to meet evolving business demands and architect for growth. By leveraging insights from customer behavior, market trends, and operational data, we develop strategies that drive revenue, optimize sales performance, and scale meaningful engagement across channels. Key offerings include Digital Transformation Strategy, Customer Experience, Sales Strategy & Operations, and Demand Generation Call Centers.
• Digital Marketing Agency: Digital Marketing Agency teams build comprehensive strategies and campaigns by deeply understanding clients' audiences, behaviors, and the insights that drive meaningful engagement. We connect creative execution with data-driven media strategies to optimize brand performance and deliver results at scale. Key offerings include Marketing Strategy & Operations, Advertising Media, and Creative Campaigns.
• Experience Design & Platforms: Experience Design & Platforms specialists craft seamless, high-impact digital experiences by combining user-centered design with leading-edge technology platforms. We design, build, and optimize the tools and interactions that power personalized customer journeys across marketing, sales, and commerce. Key offerings include UX Studio & Design, Product Design, Adobe Implementation & Integration, MarTech Implementation & Integration, and Production Support & Maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Advertising, Business Technology, Computer Science, Data and Analytics, Design, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Management, Marketing, Strategy, or related fields)    
• Visa Status: All applicants for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States for Protiviti without sponsorship now or in the future
• Experience solving problems using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
• Technical proficiency aligning to assigned capability area

• A foundation in strategy, management, entrepreneurship, innovation and disruption, and business frameworks and concepts
• Knowledge of marketing, strategic advertising, social media, design, and experience platforms
• Familiarity with digital technologies, engineering, business intelligence and analytics frameworks, and concepts

Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$75,000 - $92,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$77,000.00 - $94,000.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
