As a Sales Engineer III you will be is responsible for providing pre-sales technical support and guidance to the sales organization in support of Network technologies. This position will provide advanced level technical assistance to sales, including qualifying opportunities, developing solutions and creating accurate configurations/BoMs. The positon is primarily office based, may require some travel to attend training or events, and does offer some work from home flexibility.
What you’ll do at Insight:
- Professionally and confidently consult with both sales and external clients to determine the business needs of our clients.
- Create technically accurate solutions using partner configuration tools and create deliverable within specified SLA’s
- Maintain a thorough understanding of partner programs and be able to educate sales accordingly
- Explain the value of warranty and recommend appropriate level based on mission critical hardware.
- Solution sell and grow opportunities by providing alternatives, comparisons and offer latest technology
- Provide training and mentoring to Level II National Networking Engineers
- Uphold a superior level of customer service with both internal/external clients
- Build Relationships with relevant Partner/Manufacturer resources

What you’ll need to join Insight:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology in addition to 3-5 years related job experience
- Must hold professional level industry standard certifications as well as partner specializations.
- Professionalism and solid phone skills are a must.
- Must be self-driven and able to work with minimal direction
