The Quality Control Senior Analyst - Employee Relations Audit & Investigations plays a key role in supporting the Employee Relations function by conducting detailed audits of ER Partner casework, ensuring consistent application of policies, high-quality investigations processes, and effective conflict resolution practices. This role provides objective assessments, identifies process gaps, and partners closely with ER leadership to elevate service quality, compliance, and employee experience.

This is a Part‑Time, Limited‑Services opportunity. The position is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Quality Audits & Review

o Perform routine and targeted audits of ER Partner case documentation, investigations process, recommendations, and resolution strategies.

o Evaluate cases for accuracy, compliance, thoroughness, timeliness, and alignment with ER standards.

o Identify trends or recurring gaps in investigative practices and recommend actionable improvements.

  • Investigative Support & Quality Assurance

o Review complex or escalated employee relations cases to ensure investigative integrity and consistency.

o Validate that findings are supported by evidence, interviews are fully documented, and conclusions follow established guidelines.

o Ensure ER Partners follow proper policy interpretation, neutral fact-finding, and conflict resolution best practices.

  • Conflict Resolution Assessment

o Analyze conflict mediation cases to confirm that communication strategies, follow-up actions, and outcomes align with organizational expectations.

o Provide feedback on de-escalation methods, issue framing, and the use of appropriate conflict-resolution tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Apply systems analysis and testing techniques and procedures to ensure software or system functional specifications are correctly identified.
  • Create test-related work products (test cases/scripts, test datasets, test validation and verification results etc.) per testing standards and procedures.
  • Prepare any required reporting documentation for the respective testing activities.
  • Ensure adherence to performance standards and best practices during testing

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • Computer Professional Job Profile

Required:

  • 5 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or an HR Compliance, Quality Assurance, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting investigations, audits, or case reviews.
  • Familiarity with employment laws (Title VII, FMLA, ADEA, ADA) and how they apply to workplace conduct.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, conflict resolution practices, and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in an HR Service Center or centralized ER team.
  • Knowledge of case management systems (e.g., Navex, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar).
  • Certification in HR/ER fields (PHR, SHRM-CP, AWI, etc.) is a plus.
