What You'll Do

Gabb Wireless is looking for a Photo Video Specialist to join our internal Creative team. This is a hybrid creative role for someone who can shoot, edit, and think, a true creative partner, not just a production resource. You'll take primary ownership of Gabb's photo and video output, from studio product and lifestyle shoots to fast-turn social content, and you'll help shape the visual style and creative direction of the brand along the way.

This role sits alongside our designers, motion graphics artist, and copywriters, reporting directly to the Creative Director. Like the rest of the team, you'll be expected to contribute creative thinking and campaign concepts, not just execute briefs handed to you.

Responsibilities

• Shoot studio-style product and lifestyle photography and video for advertising, marketing, and social media
• Shoot occasional run-and-gun content for social channels as needed
• Edit and produce video content from raw footage through final cut, including color correction, sound design, and pacing
• Retouch and edit photography for use across marketing and social channels
• Own and maintain Gabb's photo studio equipment, including cameras and lighting, and make recommendations on gear and setup
• Define and evolve Gabb's visual style for photo and video content
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts as a full partner in brand and marketing campaigns, from ideation through execution
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, designers, motion graphics artist, and copywriters to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines across marketing and social priorities
• Keep raw and finished footage, photo libraries, and project files organized in our shared drive following team naming and folder conventions
• Maintain a clean, well-tagged asset library so anyone on the team can find and reuse footage or photography quickly

What You'll Need

• Mid to senior level experience; a strong portfolio matters more than years on paper
• A portfolio demonstrating both photography and video work, ideally spanning studio and lifestyle content
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite, etc…
• Working knowledge of color correction, sound design, and audio mastering
• Experience shooting with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and working studio lighting setups
• Ability to export professional content for broadcast, social media, and streaming
• Strong creative instincts and the confidence to pitch and shape concepts, not just execute them
• Excellent organizational habits, comfortable maintaining shared drives, file structures, and asset libraries
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Haves

• Experience with After Effects or motion graphics
• Skills in 3D or product rendering
• Cinematography and lighting design experience
• Experience with Adobe Capture or similar mobile capture tool
