Job Summary:
We are seeking an Expert Paid Social Traffic Manager to spearhead the management, scaling, and optimization of high-volume paid social campaigns with a focus on performance metrics like CPA and ROAS. The successful candidate will be pivotal in driving traffic and conversions through meticulous campaign operations, innovative testing, and relentless optimization. This role demands a strong proficiency in various social media platforms, data analysis, and a proactive approach to continuous campaign improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across diverse platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  • Supervise daily operations of campaigns, including budget control, bid adjustments, and strategic pacing.
  • Identify and scale high-performance campaigns to meet efficiency targets.
  • Conduct robust A/B testing and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign results.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to enhance ad effectiveness and troubleshoot tracking issues to ensure accurate data collection.

Must Have Skills:

  • Proficient with Meta Ads Manager and at least one other major social advertising platform (e.g., TikTok Ads).
  • Strong capability in managing significant budgets and multiple high-volume campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, with proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

Industry Experience Required:

  • Direct response marketing, e-commerce, or lead generation.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Achievement in scaling traffic while meeting or surpassing efficiency benchmarks.
  • Effective in conducting rapid testing and iterations that enhance campaign performance.
