Job Description:
Responsibilities
-
Execute flawlessly on marketing measurement and attribution products to build analytic insights that shape marketing strategy.

Leverage SQL and Python to analyze marketing performance data, develop attribution insights, and evaluate marketing effectiveness across digital and offline channels.

Partner with marketing, data science, and data engineering teams to define and deliver attribution solutions that drive business impact.

Translate marketing and business questions into analytical approaches, ensuring alignment with data availability, modeling capabilities, and business goals.

Evangelize measurement methodologies and experimentation best practices across the organization.

Run periodic marketing performance assessments and "what-if" scenarios.

Build consensus and influence stakeholders to gain confidence in methodology and drive toward a solution.

Ensure products are scalable, accurate, and actionable across digital and offline channels.

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
What it takes
-
Minimum of five years of related work experience.
-
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
-
Technical fluency with SQL and Python for querying, analyzing, and interpreting large-scale datasets
-
Ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
The ideal candidate will have
-
Proven experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and A/B testing or causal inference frameworks.

Experience collaborating closely with data scientists and data engineers to develop and operationalize measurement and attribution solutions.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
