Job Description:

A position at White Cap isn’t your ordinary job. You’ll work in an exciting and diverse environment, meet interesting people, and have a variety of career opportunities.

The White Cap family is committed to Building Trust on Every Job. We do this by being deeply knowledgeable, fully capable, and always dependable, and our associates are the driving force behind this commitment

White Cap is seeking a strategic, results-driven marketing leader to own the local growth strategy for one of our largest regions. Partnering closely with sales leaders, branch teams, supplier partners, and corporate marketing, you'll lead programs that strengthen customer relationships, grow market share, and deliver measurable business results across the Eastern United States. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence regional strategy and shape growth within one of North America's leading specialty distributors.

What You'll Lead

This role offers the opportunity to influence growth across a large multi-state territory while partnering directly with regional and national leaders.

You'll:

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with sales and business objectives.
• Drive customer engagement programs, field events, trade shows, supplier initiatives, and branch activations.
• Identify market opportunities and implement programs that increase customer acquisition, retention, and share of wallet.
• Build and strengthen supplier partnerships while maximizing co-marketing investments.
• Partner with branch and sales leaders to support growth initiatives, acquisitions, openings, and market expansion efforts.
• Use customer insights, market intelligence, and performance data to guide strategy, optimize investments, and measure ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create connected customer experiences across physical and digital channels.

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working closely with customers, suppliers, and sales teams, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, and seeing a direct connection between your marketing efforts and business results.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, or Master's degree and 8+ years of related experience.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including strategic planning and execution.
• Experience in field marketing, regional marketing, channel marketing, customer marketing, or sales support leadership roles.
• Strong experience partnering with sales teams to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B distribution, construction, industrial, manufacturing, building products, safety, tools, or related industries.
• Experience with omni-channel marketing strategies and customer engagement programs.
• Experience working with supplier partners and co-marketing initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Ability to translate data and insights into actionable growth strategies.

Location & Travel

This remote position requires residency within the Eastern Time Zone. Travel throughout the region is focused on customer events, supplier programs, branch engagement, and strategic growth initiatives. Overnight travel of up to two to three days per week may be required based on business needs.
