Job Description:
Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a Contract with a client in Boston, MA (Hybrid). Candidate must have advanced expertise in Oracle Responsys and strong SQL capability, a major qualification required for this lead role.
Rate Range: $54/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Lead job responsibilities include:

Managing end‑to‑end CRM campaign setup, QA, and execution to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Building and optimizing multichannel campaigns, with a strong focus on high‑quality email workflows.

Collaborating with stakeholders and client teams to align campaign design with business goals.

Executing SQL-based data validation and troubleshooting logic, workflows, and audience segments for precision.

Monitoring campaign deliverability and performance while driving continuous improvements.

Handling technical challenges using strong analytical skills to maintain workflow stability and resolve issues quickly.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

10+ years overall, aligned with lead‑level expectations.

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Oracle Responsys experience with strong campaign execution skills.

Solid SQL expertise with the ability to validate data, troubleshoot workflows, and ensure high campaign accuracy.
Pay Details: $54.00 to $56.00 per hour
