Job Description:

Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a Contract with a client in Boston, MA (Hybrid). Candidate must have advanced expertise in Oracle Responsys and strong SQL capability, a major qualification required for this lead role.

Rate Range: $54/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Lead job responsibilities include:

• Managing end‑to‑end CRM campaign setup, QA, and execution to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

• Building and optimizing multichannel campaigns, with a strong focus on high‑quality email workflows.

• Collaborating with stakeholders and client teams to align campaign design with business goals.

• Executing SQL-based data validation and troubleshooting logic, workflows, and audience segments for precision.

• Monitoring campaign deliverability and performance while driving continuous improvements.

• Handling technical challenges using strong analytical skills to maintain workflow stability and resolve issues quickly.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 10+ years overall, aligned with lead‑level expectations.

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Oracle Responsys experience with strong campaign execution skills.

• Solid SQL expertise with the ability to validate data, troubleshoot workflows, and ensure high campaign accuracy.

Pay Details: $54.00 to $56.00 per hour
