Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support a lead qualification and sales handoff program. This role is responsible for contacting referred customers, confirming business needs, managing lead pipelines, scheduling sales appointments, and ensuring accurate CRM documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Contact referred customers to confirm business needs.

• Manage and track leads through the CRM system.

• Document customer interactions and referral details accurately.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate handoffs to Sales Consultants.

• Follow up on customer documentation, signatures, and onboarding activities.

• Participate in feedback sessions and process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain strong pipeline management and status reporting.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Experience in customer service, sales support, customer success, contact center, or similar environments.

• Strong outbound calling and customer follow-up experience.

• Experience managing customer pipelines and CRM systems.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Bilingual Spanish. (preferred)

• Experience with underwriting, loan processing, contract support, or documentation collection. (preferred)

• Background in business banking, account management, or client services.
