We are currently seeking a Claims Manager (all genders) for our dentolo product (a brand of supplemental dental insurance) with a full-time work week (Monday to Friday) of  40 hours.

• You take on responsibility: You independently process claims – from cost estimates to invoices – and calculate reimbursements using our software.
• You are part of a strong team: You work closely with experienced colleagues and managers who challenge, support and inspire you.
• You actively contribute: You support the optimization and automation of our processes in claims management and contribute ideas on how we can further improve the customer experience.
• You are an interface and sparring partner: You support our colleagues in customer service with questions about claims – and thus contribute directly to customer satisfaction.
• You remain flexible: In addition to processing claims, you also take on cross-functional tasks such as telephone calls with customers.
• You work in a goal-oriented manner: Together as a team, you achieve daily and monthly goals – with focus, structure and team spirit.

What you bring:

• Initial experience in claims processing or billing – ideally in a dental or insurance-related environment.
• A confident, friendly demeanor and clear, empathetic communication.
• Structured, independent work style and good time management.
• You are proficient in using digital tools – you are familiar with MS Office and modern software solutions.
• Excellent German skills (at least C1 level), English skills are not necessary but helpful for our international environment.

Good to know: This role is not comparable to traditional jobs in the insurance industry. It's about customer focus, responsibility, the use of technology – and creating real impact together with an excellent team.
