The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a(n) Autonomous coding integration specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Design, configure, validate, and troubleshoot HL7 and HFIR interfaces including ADT, ORM, ORU, MDM, and financial interfaces.
- Collaborate with client integration teams, Epic analysts, and implementation consultants to ensure successful deployment of autonomous solutions.
- Support interface testing, workflow validation, and go-live readiness activities.
- Ensure inbound and outbound data flows meet business and technical requirements.
- Support charge capture, charge routing, coding, and billing processes within Epic environments.
- Assist in validating autonomous coding outputs and downstream billing outcomes.
- Serve as a key liaison among Product Management, Engineering, Implementation Services, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Assist Implmentation teams with complex production issues and root-cause analysis.
- Develop innovative approaches to integration challenges and operational workflows.
- Contribute to best practices, implementation playbooks, and technical documentation.
- Transform emerging ideas into scalable solutions that improve customer outcomes and accelerate adoption of autonomous technologies.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher OR Seven (7) years of computer or data integration experience.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND Eleven (11) years of computer or data integration experience.
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with HL7 and/or FHIR healthcare integration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Professional Billing (PB) workflows.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with HL7 messaging standards (ADT, ORM, ORU, MDM, DFT), Epic integration architecture, Charge Router concepts and billing integrations, Interface testing and troubleshooting.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include.
- Epic certification(s) or accreditation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Build strong partnerships across product, implementation, and customer-facing organizations.
- Drive rapid deployment and adoption of autonomous healthcare solutions.
- Experience with autonomous coding, computer-assisted coding (CAC), CDI, or healthcare AI solutions.
- Post-secondary education in Computer science or HealthCare Information Technology is preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated consultative skills.
- Bring creative ideas forward and successfully execute them.

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
