Manage Individual Projects Sprints

Liaison with Service provider Onsite Team for project planning deployments

Participate in Project Planning Issues Resolution Deployments

Tracking and reporting of Production Issues Support SLAs and their prioritization

Plan schedule and track day-to-day activities

People Team Management

Own Deliverables for individual projects sprints

Overall Project Sprint Management

Provide technical guidance and support to the team

Point of contact for stakeholder for respective individual project sprint

Participate in prioritization meetings along with the Manager

Provide clarifications for open issues by interacting with other groups at organization

Document the requirements for prioritized enhancement requests in discussion with manager

Understand specific process products and help Service provider team in their understanding and implementation in ongoing projects

Responsible for any slippage schedule cost or quality
