Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $92,300.00 - $153,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic AI/ML Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for early career individuals with a foundational background in computer science, AI, or data science. Importantly, we are looking for fast learners who are interested in developing their professional expertise in AI and machine learning. You will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative AI solutions while learning from experienced team members and gaining hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and deployment of AI models and algorithms to address business challenges.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to support AI solution design and implementation.

Contribute to research and experimentation with AI technologies and best practices.

Participate in team discussions to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-related tasks.

Stay informed about advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Ensure your work aligns with scalability, performance, and reliability standards under supervision.

Present your findings and contributions to technical and non-technical team members.
Qualifications
-
REQUIRED - must live within commutable distance to Atlanta

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Basic understanding of AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis techniques.

Comfort with AI-powered development tools and methods (context engineering, framework development, agent architecture, AI assisted coding)

Familiarity with libraries and tools like PyTorch, Pandas, Numpy, Svelte, Tailwind,and Docker.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript/Typescript, or GoLang.

High-fluency with modern AI tools and frameworks like ClaudeCode, Autogen, LangChain,AI self-hosted open source LLMs

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A passion for learning and growing in the field of AI and machine learning.
