Inside Account Representative (B2B Outbound)

J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc.

Join our sales organization as an Inside Account Representative, responsible for prospecting, managing, and closing new business within a dedicated account base. This role owns the entire sales process—from initial outreach and discovery through solution presentation, negotiation, and close—while building long-term customer relationships that drive revenue.

J. J. Keller is a national leader in safety and compliance solutions. We’re looking for competitive, results-driven sales professionals who excel at outbound prospecting, consultative selling and closing new business, while helping customers stay safe and compliant.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound prospecting calls to assigned accounts
  • Collaboratively prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls and provide product and solution overviews
  • Close new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Build long‑term customer relationships through consistent follow‑up
  • Build and manage pipeline activity in CRM

What You Bring

  • 1+ year inside sales or B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication + relationship‑building skills
  • High comfort with outbound calling and prospecting
  • Ability to turn prospects into relationships through persistence and value
  • High aptitude for learning new systems and technology
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred

Compensation & Schedule

  • $60,000–$70,000 estimated first‑year earnings
    (hourly base + monthly incentives)
  • Consistent Monday–Friday schedule | 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST
  • Work remote (home office) or in‑office (Neenah, WI)
