We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team. This position is based in Japan and will report directly to the Regional Director.
This position involves collaborating with professionals worldwide to deliver value that exceeds customer expectations and drive a secure, cloud-based digital future. You will
also work closely with the Customer Success, Enablement, and Architecture teams to propose and embody the power of cloud transformation enabled by Zscaler, further strengthening our position as a global leader in cloud security.

- Build trust with key stakeholders, including the client's executives.
Designing long-term account strategies based on customer goals.
- Develop account plans that reflect customer needs through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- To understand the customer's business, set specific goals, propose Zscaler solutions, and act as a trustworthy partner.

Eligibility Requirements (Required Conditions)
- Over 10 years of full-cycle sales experience in the software or security industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in strategic sales, including engagement with corporate clients and sales to senior executives.
Business-level Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
Differentiating factors from other candidates (desirable conditions)
• The ability to leverage established networks with existing and prospective customers to generate sustainable results.
- A deep understanding of customer objectives and challenges, and a deep understanding of how technology can drive digital transformation.
• Knowledge of strategic sales planning and a track record of acquiring new customers
