Carahsoft Technology Corp. has immediate openings for Remote Upsell/ Renewal Representatives. This is a new opportunity for energetic communicators to join our professional sales team. Remote Upsell/Renewal Representatives are focused customer nurturing, account development and relationship development.
- Effectively Communicate the Value and Importance of Extending Maintenance to Government Customers and Partners
- Navigate through Carahsoft Sales tools(database) in Order to Accurate build Pricing Documents, Processing Purchase Orders, and Requesting Pricing from our Vendors
- Create Relationships with our Government Customers and Partners in order to Upsell Additional Product and Nurture Recently Placed Purchases
- Obtain a High Level Understanding of the Technologies our Vendors Deliver along with an In-depth Understanding of our Vendors Operational Processes
- Work Closely within a Team to Leverage Current Best Practices and Together Create more Effective Ways to Demonstrate the Value Carahsoft Delivers to our Customers
- This position allows for a work from home/ remote capacity
- BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
- Professional experience in the form of previous positions or internships
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Strong desire to learn about customer care
- Proven track record of leadership, responsibility, and dependability
- Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Competitive, assertive, self-starter mentality
