Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

This position can be based remotely or in our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

Position Summary
The role will have a significant impact through the following initiatives:

  • Reporting & Analytics approach and dashboards
  • Vendor Management (job posting sites, database memberships, and sourcing tools)
  • Employment Branding & Marketing (including social media)
  • Talent Acquisition process & technology strategy and roadmap
  • Continuous improvement to existing systems and implementation of new tools (e.g. ATS, New Hire Onboarding, career site redesign, etc.)
  • Continuous improvement to overall hiring process and streamline current approaches for optimal
  • Hire, manage and develop TA Operations staff
  • Regular cadence of monthly reporting
  • Support the implementation of new Recruiter onboarding, training, along with on-going learning and development initiatives across the team
  • Internal Recruitment process optimization
  • Continuous improvements to our Employee Referral Program

Experience Required:

  • 3 years of Applicant Tracking Systems experience to include implementation and/or systems administration experience
  • Highly effective project mgmt skills; with an ability to work on and lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical/quantitative skills with an ability to translate analysis into actionable results
  • In-depth understanding of developing and deploying analytics and reporting dashboards
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
