Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! Please note: this is a part-time, temporary role (20 hours per week). As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates, and managing our Taleo applicant tracking, Performance Management and onboarding/offboarding systems.

Following are the responsibilities associated with this role:

  • Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions, performing phone screens, background checks, communications with managers
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
  • Attend career and college fairs, and similar events
  • Manage the process of onboarding new hires, and offboarding departing employees
  • Manage the Taleo system for performance management
  • Hold training sessions on systems for managers as needed
  • Work closely with managers regarding recruiting needs, new hires, role changes, department needs, etc.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
  • Comfortable with introducing the company, phone screens, etc. with new candidates
  • Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources law.
