LifeWorks US Service Advisor Role

  • Shift: 2:30pm-11pm
  • Virtual

The role

As a LifeWorks Advisor, you are the first point of contact for participants calling our service to access EAP and Wellness support. You will use your expertise, knowledge and skills to gather information, offer support and suggest resources and referral options from our wide range of services.

Working within a team of highly trained professionals, you play a key role in identifying, recommending and connecting individuals to the right resources at the right time. You will be challenged with a multitude of situations and issues ranging from individuals who may be emotional, highly stressed and experiencing a crisis, through to general questions about our service and the resources offered.

Qualifications / Experience

bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we are also open to candidates who have a high school diploma and experience in a contact center / customer service environment.
