We are looking for a User Experience Designer to join Quest’s Information Management User Experience team. The designer will apply Lean UX and Design Thinking practices in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, distributed environment. In this position, strong communication, technical aptitude, and creative problem-solving skills are essential. We are looking for a designer who is highly capable in visual and interaction design as well as usability research and other data-gathering methodologies. While beautiful visual design skills are a requirement, top candidates will be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and self-manage design projects start to finish. This position can be remotely based anywhere in the US.


  • Work on full-scale digital campaigns to support Marketing initiatives related to Toad World and/or other areas of focus within Information Management
  • Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders and other members of the UX team, product managers, and developers to define and evaluate detailed product requirements
  • Deliver UI and visual design assets which include (but aren’t limited to) landing pages, templates, wireframes, mockups, and design elements
  • Proactively communicate “just enough” design specifications through Jira tickets, Confluence pages, and other written and verbal means to a distributed global team
  • Become an expert on our products, intimately familiar with all aspects of the end-to-end user experience and the customers who use our products
  • Model the User-Centered Design process in all work, advocating for the customer experience and data-informed decision making
  • Gather and interpret data to evaluate designs, refine analytics and data gathering techniques, and communicate findings


  • 4+ years of experience as a visual designer, with digital production skills, ideally working on enterprise SaaS applications (PORTFOLIO REQUIRED)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CMS and related tools and processes
  • Working knowledge of UX methodologies
  • Experience gathering both qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisions and prioritization, identify opportunities for improvement, and iterate post launch
  • Proven technical competence and ability to quickly learn new complex technologies in the IT industry
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail, a risk mitigation mindset, and exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work on a distributed team
