  • We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to further strengthen our Recruiting team here in the Miami office!

Main tasks:

  • Full life-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition process for sales and corporate positions including, but not limited to: active sourcing on social platforms such as Linkedin, conduction of phone screens, candidate assessments, candidate tracking and status updates, interview feedback sessions, compensation analysis, negotiations, and maintaining candidate relationships.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job posting content that is thorough, compelling and alluring to candidates and aligns with the business needs. Develop strong relationships with all levels of organization.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates for assigned requisitions by providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal & external candidates.
  • Building campus relationships with universities and establishing a continuous flow of candidates.

Your profile:

  • 4+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience
  • Proven success developing recruitment strategies for passive job-seekers, exhibiting creativity with candidate search & developing networks
  • Experience with establishing contacts and building relationships with professionals is a must
  • Excellent written and oral communication, critical listening skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in team environment, ability to interface well with candidates, employees and hiring managers at all levels
  • Previous Campus Recruiting experience
