Description

The Senior Healthcare Manager will report to the Director of PM (Growth) with a focus on expanding the J2 Healthcare offerings for our existing and new prospects. This will involve taking what we already have built and helping to drive the right GTM activities. Working as a leader and collaborating with colleagues you will create and own the product strategy, business plans and roadmaps along with defining the user personas. This position will have flexibility to define the next generation of product offerings to help propel J2 to the next level in the healthcare space.

Duties

  • You will own the creation and definition of our healthcare roadmap.
  • You collaborate with other members of the PM team to develop full range GTM launch plans
  • Be the SME for sales, sales engineering and customer interactions on how J2 is taking a leadership role in healthcare
  • Work with Marketing, Sales and Finance to make sure the products you are launching can be promoted, invoiced and supported
  • Meet with customers on a regular basis and define detailed requirements to support our business
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer behavior, competitive trends, and business drivers

Qualifications/Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business, Information Systems or Computer Science. MBA Preferred
  • 5+ years’ Product Management experience in a SaaS based healthcare service
  • 3+ years of PM experience in a fast-moving business.
  • A track record for collaborating with and leading product management peers and those in marketing, sales and technology roles, ensuring products meet requirements and that they are marketed and sold to their potential
  • Strong commercial focus, balancing vision with pragmatism to propose investments and following through to oversee creation of growing profitable, market-leading products
  • A passion for spending time in the market, building and nurturing relationships with current, customers and prospects
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and influencing skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
  • The attention to detail to track product metrics and manage to goals
  • Highly committed, thought leader, innovative and a team player.
