Your opportunity

We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager (Remote) that will work within the Project Management Office department and collaborate closely with the Regulatory and Marketing department. The right candidate will be experienced in designing and leading patient and provider engagement marketing campaigns, and utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

What You Will Do

  • Lead strategy and implementation of new and go-to-market approaches for transformative marketing
  • Design and lead patient engagement marketing campaigns through SMS, e-mail and direct mail methods
  • Lead the creation and distribution strategy for slide decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and summaries to key stakeholders
  • Ensure appropriate parties review and sign off on marketing materials prior to distribution
  • Regularly review CMS, legal and compliance marketing regulations
  • Maintain and improve operational workflows for patient engagement and marketing campaigns
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure campaigns embrace the Vytalize brand
  • Build and maintain a marketing calendar with annual patient and practice marketing campaigns
  • Design and implement workflows that support cross-functional workflow efficiency
  • Deliver marketing reporting and measurement on a monthly basis
  • Develop collateral content and copy

What will make you successful here

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
  • 5+ years developing and managing direct to patient marketing campaigns
  • Experience using webhooks to transmit customer data to print vendors
  • Experience with customer.io and/or other CRM platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of ownership and comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Solution oriented with the ability to think strategically and creatively in decision-making
  • Strong work ethic to exceed expectations and goals
  • Coachable and able to take direction and feedback well, yet being forward-thinking to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
