The Business Operations & Analytics organization at ServiceTitan is looking for a leader who will drive the market intelligence function to support our growth now and in the future. The ideal candidate will have experience researching and analyzing the market to develop strategies to optimize our customer acquisition efforts and drive strategic initiatives to execute on aligned strategies. Primary responsibility will include determining our market size, key market segments, and a detailed understanding of how to focus sales and marketing efforts to capture the market. They will work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders across the company including Growth, Demand Generation and will report into the Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing Operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Market Sizing: Development and understanding of our market opportunity (TAM/SAM/SOM) both domestically & internationally based on product roadmap.
  • Market Segmentation: Determine a framework for segmenting the market to help ServiceTitan understand the market landscape and to identify growth opportunities
  • Market Prioritization: Identify and prioritize market opportunities to help ServiceTitan GTM functions know where to focus efforts
  • Market Strategy: Leverage the market intelligence to develop and establish a GTM strategy to capture the market
  • Strategic Initiatives: Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives based on the stated strategy to align customer acquisition, expansion efforts and capture stated market opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8+ years prior experience in market intelligence, strategy or similar role; MBA a plus
  • Expertise in running cross-functional research projects and driving thought leadership
  • A mindset and attitude of relentless simplification and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to work with senior executives
  • Strong attention to detail and focus: This work will be used at the highest levels of decision-making
  • Highly skilled in utilizing and analyzing data to drive decision making
  • Curiosity, rigorous thinking, and a strategic mindset
  • Empathy- You approach all peers, partners & customers with kindness and consideration
  • Challenge the status quo with the goal of bringing in new innovative ideas and improving upon programs and processes
