Sales Operations Coordinator

Location: Remote Anywhere in the US

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Microsoft funding initiatives and implementing the process and tools to support the sales cycle. This role will work across business lines to assist with sales support/training and implement sales operations key initiatives.


  • Requests and prepares quotes from third-party vendors for software licenses that align with our digital transformation technologies and applications.
  • Submits and tracks opportunities for various funding programs through Microsoft portal.
  • Claims Microsoft license incentives and Digital Partner of Record.
  • Coordinates with Microsoft Alliance Manager and Accounting to track Microsoft payments due to Avtex.
  • Manages distribution of Microsoft purchase orders for various funding programs.
  • Supports/updates DCX sales team on Microsoft funding programs.
  • Attend regular Microsoft partner training meetings to relay latest developments to the DCX sales team.
  • Associates new DCX and Marketing employees to Microsoft Partner and Partner Source Business centers.
  • Gives input on implementing new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.


  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or sales related field, or equivalent experience in a professional services environment.
  • 1-3 years’ prior experience as a liaison with a third-party partner a plus.
