The Sales Development Representative will be focused on maximizing the close rates for inbound and outbound opportunities by contacting leads, qualifying them as prospects, educating prospects about our service offerings and scheduling meetings with the sales team. In addition, this person will be responsible for identifying and effectively reengaging lost opportunities. Finally, they will be responsible for facilitating the sale from lead to close, following Tinuiti’s sales process.

Essential Functions:

  • Establish, develop and grow new business relationships over telephone and email with influential contacts
  • Identify key prospects and accounts based on target personas within our core industries
  • Source additional cold prospects to supplement accounts based on account behavior
  • Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives
  • Research, identify, and tenaciously generate weekly new opportunities to pass to the Account Executives
  • Ability to understand an organization’s business drivers, challenges and pain points to understand the prospective client’s needs and best position Tinuiti’s retail search solutions
  • Qualify and disqualify marketing-sourced leads within an efficient time frame
  • Effectively follow internal processes to track, manage, and log all activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Effective data management through internal and external sources such as CRM, social media, search engines, etc.

  • 1-3+ Years Cold Calling Experience
  • 2-3+ Years Corporate/Professional Experience
  • 2-3+ Years Customer Service or Pre-Sales Experience
  • Obtained Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience selling B2B services
  • Experience with telemarketing, lead generation, opportunity creation, or appointment setting
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels (email, social media, phone, etc.)
  • Experience working in a digital marketing/advertising agency or in house
  • Able to build meaningful business relationships with customers, prospects, and colleagues
  • Confident and able to differentiate yourself
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
